The COVID19 pandemic and the confinement that we have all been experiencing for weeks, has, as for all, repercussions on the Use It Again program!

We have all remained confined to try to limit the human tragedies caused by this virus.

The planned transatlantic races, THE TRANSAT (Brest – Charleston) and QUEBEC SAINT-MALO have of course been cancelled, and no launching or navigation was possible in the current context.

On May 7, a few days before deconfinement, we were authorized to launch the trimaran in front of the Multiplast shipyard in Vannes, where it spent the winter, and to reach the port of La Trinité-sur -Sea, her home port.

On board we were lucky to have the famous photographer Julien Mignot, his artistic eye on this exceptional day gives superb images to discover on the Instagram account of Use It Again (romainpilliard_useitagain)

For the past few days, we have been re-arming the boat and will be able to sail very soon.

The Use It Again! for the coming months is in the process of being set up, we will tell you more very soon…
