Discussing and practising what to do in case of small problems, from minor material breakage to imagining the worst situations… You have to talk about everything that can go wrong on board so that you are prepared for all eventualities. This allows them to integrate the right reflexes, those that can save them in case of danger.
The material is therefore tested: completing the safety container, survival items, crisis management processes and documents…!
