2021:THE WESTABOUT ROUND THE WORLD RECORD, AGAINST THE PREVAILING WINDS AND CURRENTS
Here is the new sporting challenge that Romain will lead in pair, on the trimaran USE IT AGAIN!
The objective of this Record is to show that today it is necessary and possible to think about performance and live exceptional adventures while minimizing our impact on the planet.
Leaving 16 years after the Ellen MacArthur Record on this old-generation trimaran, renovated and maintained according to the principles of the circular economy, is the demonstration that the quality of technical and sporting performance, is not reserved for the costliest projects and the most impacting on the planet.
In addition, we will use this record to help research by creating the 1st World Ocean Sound mapping with scientists of ocean noise pollution.
It's time to change the direction of things, and the result will be no less beautiful!
