Between two training sessions in La Trinité-sur-Mer, the skipper of Remade – Use It Again! team treated himself to an aside of a few days in Paris on the occasion of the press conference of La Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe. These three days on land provided an opportunity to meet the 123 other skippers involved in the event and to discuss with the media about this atypical project to promote and develop the circular economy.

This Parisian escapade also made it possible to work with François -Michel Lambert, godfather of the boat, deputy of the Bouches du Rhône and President of the National Institute of the Circular Economy, who took the time to receive Romain at the National Assembly. A big thank you for your commitment to the project, it is of course the strength of our collective that will make things happen!

Finally, the highlight of this parenthesis on land before La Route du Rhum is the meeting on Thursday evening with all the employees of the Remade Group in Granville. More than 500 people gathered for the official presentation of the project, a nice moment of sharing and a lot of emotions for Romain Pilliard!
