Today, let's focus on one of the 3 Rs of the circular economy ( Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle). Focus on the RE-USE week of Use It Again! And yes, just because things are not or no longer used doesn't mean they are obsolete.
Here is a concrete example with the latest sail of the trimaran Use It Again!
The Use It Again! team got their hands on a 280m2 gennaker that had only been used for about 20 hours by its former owner. Kept well folded in a shed in New Zealand, it was brought back to France by boat. Reworked by Rémi from the All Purpose sailmaker, she is ready for the Round the World Race and promised to a beautiful second life!
It will be used to the end, guaranteed.
