Tasty cuisine that respects the planet, this is the bet of La Table de Colette, an eco-responsible gourmet restaurant in Paris. Here the vegetable is the main source of inspiration, the meat and the fish are the accompaniments. An activist in his own way in gastronomy, his Chef Josselin Marie indicates, for example, the carbon footprint of each dish. For the Route du Rhum, La Table de Colette provides Romain with long-life bread in the dimensions of the Use It Again by Extia pan for future tasty breakfasts. A sailor, a Chef, two entrepreneurs – activists to move the lines!

The Huelgoat honey house opened its doors in the summer of 1988, in the former clog factory of Jean-Charles DANIEL's grandfather, on a tourist site in the heart of the Armorique natural park. At the time, Jean-Charles set up 200 hives in the Monts d'Arrée and his wife Annie took care of the extraction and sales in the shop. Today, the Huelgoat honey house has 1,000 hives: 500 remaining in the Monts d'Arrée sector and 500 transhumant in the South-West.

Romain's favorite honey: Honey from Callune and Honey from Mont d'Arrée.

Solbian Energie Alternative Srl was founded in 2009, following the success among professional sailors of the innovative SolbianFlex photovoltaic module developed in 2006 in collaboration with the CNR for Giovanni Soldini's Class 40. A product that combines high-efficiency monocrystalline cells laminated with special thin, light plastic polymers with high chemical and mechanical resilience.

The company's goal is to produce innovative photovoltaic panels in order to expand the scope of their applicability to sectors where lightweight, flexibility and efficiency are fundamental requirements. The characteristics of these flexible photovoltaic panels allow the production of energy from the sun, wherever there is a need, even in extreme conditions: marine, electric mobility, caravans, trekking and in special building-integrated architectural situations.

« Our first goal is providing you the solar panel that best suits your needs.
If it doesn't exist, we can create it! »
