Use It Again! by Extia in Tahiti
It was 9:30 am local time (9:30 pm Paris time) when the Trimaran Use It Again ! by Extia was joined by the Pirogues Club and the Arue Bay Sailing School in front of Pointe Vénus. Located in Matavai Bay, it is here by Venus Point, that the first explorers, Samuel Wallis, Bougainville, Cook arrived by discovering Tahiti between 1767 and 1769. A place full of history and adventure! In a west-southwest wind of 18-20 knots, the trimaran Use It Again ! by Extiaoffers a last run at more than 20 knots in the Polynesian blue waters before mooring at the Marina Taina de Papeete for a fortnight.
