Victory Cowes-Dinard
After an exceptional race, in the lead from the start, Romain and Titouan Pilliard crossed the finish line to claim victory on the line with only 3 minutes ahead of the second boat! Absolutely amazing!
“It was an incredible race, in the end much faster than expected. Except that at
1 NM from the finish line, we arrived in a windless bubble. We even backed up for several minutes because of the current. It created a surreal but intense moment under the moonlight, as we watched the boat behind sail closer and closer. Eventually we found a gust of 4 knots, which gave us the final push over the finish line, advancing at just 0.4 knots! An exciting race from start to finish! Thank you Cowes, Dinard and Saint Malo!”
